| 摘 要： | 4例二期梅毒,临床分别表现为为斑疹性梅毒疹,丘疹性梅毒疹,多形红斑性梅毒性疹和脓疱性梅毒疹。3例经肌注苄星青霉素治疗3次,1例静推头孢曲松钠10天。4例均临床治愈。二期梅毒的皮肤及黏膜损害多样,临床上结合病史,仔细检查,减少误诊。

| Abstract: | 4 cases of secondary syphilis had spotted macular syphilid,papular syphilid,erythema multiforme syphilid and pustular syphilid.3 cases were cured by intramuscular benzathine penicillin for 3 times,1 case by intravenosa ceftriaxone for 10 days.4 cases were clinically cured totally.Secondary syphilid has multipal lesion on sikin and mucous membrane,to ask the history and to examine carefully,and to avoid misdiagnosis. |
