枸杞对小鼠辐射损伤后造血系统修复的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨枸杞在小鼠辐射损伤后造血系统修复过程中的作用。方法 小鼠随机分为3组,正常对照组不做任何处理,喂饲正常饲料;另外2组,给予4.5Gy照射后,喂饲正常饲料或添加枸杞的饲料,1个月后,处死小鼠,应用流式细胞仪分析外周血、脾脏、胸腺及骨髓中各种血细胞。结果 枸杞饲料组小鼠,外周血B细胞增多,骨髓前体B细胞及未成熟B细胞增多,造血干、祖细胞均显著减少。结论 枸杞促进辐射损伤后造血干细胞动员,加速造血系统的恢复。

Abstract:Object To investigate the role of Lycium chinense Mill in mice hematopoietic reconstruction after irradiation injury. Method mice were grouped to 3 groups at random, the control group, no treatment with normal food; the other 2 groups, treated with 4.5 Gy irradiation, with normal food or food add Lycium chinense Mill. After 1 month, mice were sacrificed and analyzed the peripheral blood, spleen, thymus and bone marrow cells by flow cytometer. Results Mice feed with Lycium chinense Mill, percentage of B cells increased in the peripheral blood, the pre-B and immature B cells increased too. The percentage of Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells decreased. Conclusion Lycium chinense Mill can promote the mobilization of Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, and accelerate the Hematopoietic reconstruction after irradiation injury.
