| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对中、重度吸入性损伤的治疗分析，总结成功经验与失败教训。方法 选择1993年1月－1999年6月收治的吸入性损伤患75例，对其治疗方法和效果进行总结分析。结果 75例中治愈51例，死亡14例。结论 应重视治疗过程中的每一个环节，特别是注意早期气管切开，保持气道湿润通畅，预防和控制肺部感染，是降低死亡率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize our success and lessons of failure in the treatment of inhalation injury.Methods 75 cases of inhalation injury admitted from January 1993 to June 1999 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 75 cases,51 patients were cured and 14 patients died.Conclusion It is important to pay attention to every step in the treatment,especially the tracheotomy at early stage,using mechanical ventilation to keep the moisture and unobstruction of airway,preventing and controlling lung infection,which are the keys to decrease the mortality of inhalation injury. |
