摘    要:重症肌无力及其动物模型——实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力是一种抗体介导,具有细胞免疫依赖的,神经肌肉接头处信号传递障碍的自身免疫性疾病。细胞因子通过复杂的机制参与重症肌无力发病与进展。撰文综述了与重症肌无力有关的几类细胞因子(干扰素、白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子、转化生长因子、粒-巨细胞集落刺激因子),并对近年来基于细胞因子和细胞因子传导通路治疗重症肌无力的临床、实验研究进行探讨。

Abstract:Myasthenia gravis (MG) and its animal model, that is experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG), axe cytoimmunity-dependent ,antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases interfering with signal transmission in the neuromuscular junction. Cytokines is involved in the triggering and development of MG by complicated mechanism. This article not only reviews several cytokines related to myasthenia gravis, such as Interferon (IFN) , Interleukin (IL) , tumor necrosis factor ( TNF ) , Transforming growth factor ( TGF-β ) and Granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) ,but also debates the clinical and experimental study of the treatment of this disease based on the cytokines and its pathway.
