| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者凝血指标的变化及其临床意义。方法对恶性肿瘤组与健康对照组纤维蛋白原（Fib）、D-二聚体（D-D）和血小板（PLT）等参数测定结果进行比较，并进行统计学分析及t检验。结果与健康对照组比较，恶性肿瘤组Fib、D-D、PLT、血小板体积分布宽度、平均血小板体积、大血小板比率等项指标差异均有统计学意义。结论检测Fib、D-D和PLT等项参数对恶性肿瘤患者的疗效观察、预后判断具有重要临床应用价值。
