| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨山莨菪碱联合低分子肝素对肺心病患者血液流变学的影响。方法：60例均符合肺心病诊断标准，经随机、双盲分组，对照组30例给予常规吸氧、抗感染、平喘药治疗2周；实验组30例在常规治弃基础上加用山莨菪碱联合低分子肝素治疗。结果：实验组治疗前后血液流变学变化显著，无明显不良反应。结论：山莨菪碱联合低分子肝素治疗肺心病患者安全有效，无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of anisodarnine combined LMWHs on hemorrheology of chronic pulmonary heart diseases. Methods: 60 patients with chronic pulmonary heart diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups, and 30 patients in the therapy group were treated with anisodarnine combined LMWHs. All the patients in both groups were observed before and after the treatment. Result: Hemorrheology was markedly changed in the therapy group after the treatment with anisodarnine combined LMWHs. Conclusion: Anisodarnine combined LMWHs treatment of the chronic pulmonary heart diseases is efficacious and safe. |
