| 摘 要： | 报道养胃汤治疗慢性胃炎４２例，并随机设对照组４１例进行疗效比较。结果治疗组痊愈２３例．总有效率９７．７％；对照组痊愈９例，总有效率８３．０％。两组治愈率有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１，）。提示该方可通过调理脾胃、活血化淤、调节免疫功能、抑制幽门螺旋菌、拮抗胃粘膜攻击因子、调节体内乙酰胆碱、提高胃壁环磷酸腺苷和唾液表面生长因子等发挥其治疗作用。

| Abstract: | 83 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided two groups. 42 patientswere treated by Yiangwei decoction as therapeutic group and 41 patients by other medicines as control group. The results showed that the curative ratio and total effeftive ratio in therapeuticgroup respectively were 55% , 97. 7%,but 21. 9%, 83. 0% in the control group. Two groups were significantly defferent(P<0. 01). It is suggested that Yiangwei decoction has a quite good effect in treating chronic gastritis. |
