摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及血管生成素(ANG)协同VEGF对大鼠自体脂肪移植血运重建的影响。方法:在颗粒脂肪移植的实验动物模型中应用纤维蛋白原缓释VEGF,作用于血管生成素浸泡过的自体脂肪细胞,免疫组化法观察实验组和各对照组移植体血管生长情况,并测量各组脂肪移植体剩余体积量。结果:实验组脂肪组织移植体血供重建良好,实验组脂肪块剩余体积明显大于对照组。结论:VEGF能加快脂肪移植的血运重建,ANG能协同VEGF作用,从而显著提高自体脂肪移植成活率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor and angiogenin synergisming vascular endothelial growth factor on the restituting blood circulation of pearl fat transplantation. Methods Vascular endothelial growth factor was used in the pearl fat transplantation on experimental animal fat models which were soaked in angiogenin. The newly born microvessels on experimental group and control groups were researched by using immunohistochemistry staining, and the volume of survival fat were measured. Results The blood circulation on experimental group restituted well and faster, and the volumes of survival were obviously greater than the blank groups. Conclusion Vascular endothelial growth factor can significantly improve restituting blood circulation of pearl fat transplantation, and angiogenin can synergism vascular endothelial growth factor. They can improve survival rate of fat transplantation.
