从“火郁发之”论治带状疱疹后遗神经痛

目的:观察从"火郁发之"论治带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选择本院针灸科和皮肤科门诊PHN患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用刺络拔罐配合口服升降散合四逆散透散郁热治疗,对照组口服消炎痛、甲氰咪胍治疗,治疗15天后观察两组临床疗效、疼痛积分改善情况。结果:透散郁热法治疗PHN总有效率、疼痛评分改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:从郁火理论论治PHN,采用刺络拔罐配合口服升降散合四逆散透散郁热治疗PHN具有较理想的疗效。

The Discussion on Post Herpetic Neuralgia Treated by" Removing the Stagnation of Fire"

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of post herpetic neuralgia（PHN） treated from ＂removing the stagnation of fire＂.Method：84 patients with PHN are chosen from acupuncture department and skin clinic of our hospital,using the draw-lots method to divide 84 patients into two groups randomly.The treatment group uses pricking blood and cupping,taking Shengjiangsan and Sinisan orally,and the control group takes indomethacin and cimetidine orally.Observe two groups clinical effect and the improvement of pain score after fifteen days.Result：Total effective rate and the improvement of pain score in the treatment group are superior to those of the control group which both are treated by therapy of sending out stagnant heat.There is a statistical significance of this difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Based on the theory of ＂removing the stagnation of fire＂,pricking blood and cupping therapy combined with taking Shengjiangsan and Sinisan orally is an effective way to cure PHN.
