两种方法对女性面部皮肤光老化的评价比较

目的：比较两种皮肤光老化评价方法对美容皮肤科门诊女性患者的分析结果，并探讨各自的优缺点。方法：采用标准皱纹色素图像尺和Glogau光老化分级对美容皮肤科门诊303名女性面部皮肤光老化患者进行评价，并进行统计学分析比较。结果：两种评价的分值均随年龄增加而增加，图像尺中皱纹与色素具有相关性（P〈0．01），皱纹、色素图像尺分别与Glogau光老化评分标准具有相关性（P〈0．01）。结论：两种方法对光老化的评价结果是一致的，且各有优、缺点，Glogau分级更适用于西方人，Chung图像尺较适用于东方人。

Comparison of two different methods on evaluation of female face photoaging

Objective To compare two different skin photoaging evaluating methods on female outpatients of skin cosmetic department. Methods Using photographic scales and Glogau photoaging classification to grade 303 cases of female skin aging patients. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Scores of the two methods are increased with age increment. A significant relationship was found between the grades of wrinkling and dyspigmentation （P〈0.01）. Photographic scales are significantly correlated to Glogau photoaging classification （P〈0.01）. Conclution The two grading methods are accordant on evaluating photoaging, of which Glogau classification is more suitable for Westerners while Chung photographic scales are suitable for Orientals.
