射频灼除及高频电切治疗胃黏膜脱垂症

目的观察内镜下射频灼除及高频电切治疗胃黏膜脱垂症的效果。方法胃镜确诊的349例胃黏膜脱垂症患者分为射频灼除组(136例)、高频电切组(161例)和对照组(52例)。1月后行临床症状随访和胃镜复查。结果射频灼除组(130例)、高频电切组(156例)和对照组(46例)随访症状缓解有效率分别为88.46%、85.26%和36.96%。治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01);射频灼除组高于高频电切组(P<0.01)。射频灼除组(109例)、高频电切组(120例)和对照组(43例)复查胃镜结果有效率分别为100%、97.5%和13.95%。治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01),射频灼除组高于高频电切组(P<0.01)。结论射频灼除法治疗胃黏膜脱垂疗效确切。

Investigation into prolapse of gastric mucosa treated by endoscopic high frequency electrosection and radiofrequency electrocautery

Objective To investigate the effects of endoscopic radiofrequency electrocautery and high frequency electrosection on prolapse of gastric mucosa.Methods The 349 patients with prolapse of gastric mucosa diagnosed by gastroscopy were divided into electrocautery group(n=136), electrosection group(n=161) and control group(n=52).Every patient had received oral omeprazole 20 mg per day for 3 weeks.These patients were followed up the changes of symptoms and gastroscopy after 1 month.Results The rate of follow-up symptoms was 88.46%,85.2% and 36.96% respectively and the rate of follow up gastroscopy was 100%,97.5% and 13.95% respectively in electrocautery, electrosection and control group after 1 month.Compared with control group(36.96%), the symptomatic effective rate of electrocautery group (88.46%) and electrosection group (85.26%) significantly increased(P<0.01), significant difference between endoscopic treatment group (P<0.01).There were significant differences between effective rate of endoscopic treatment group and that of control group (13.95%) (P<0.01), significant difference between electrocautery group (100%) and electrosection (97.5%) (P<0.01).Conclusion The radiofrequency electrocautery which is treated prolapse of gastric mucosa has the characteristics of certain therapeutic effect and high safety.
