摘    要:目的探讨在疫区施工人群中开展血吸虫病防治的方法,为控制血吸虫病流行提供依据。方法整群抽取疫区施工人群290人,分组进行健康教育干预和综合干预(健康教育结合行政管理)。以问卷式调查施工初期和施工1年后目标人群血吸虫防治知识、相关行为;kato-katz法检查血吸虫感染。结果外来施工人群血吸虫病防治知识知晓率、相关行为正确率均低于当地居民;在疫区施工1年后,各组施工人群防病知识和行为水平均有提高;与对照组相比,干预组提高明显;干预组血吸虫感染率低于对照组;综合干预组卫生行为形成率高,血吸虫感染率低。经统计学检验,差异有显著性意义。结论对施工人群开展血吸虫病防治干预十分必要,采取健康教育结合行政管理综合措施干预效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To search for effective method for Schistosomiasis control in Builder in the endemic area.Methods cluster sampling was applied.290 workers were sampled from builder populations in endemic area.They were divided into three groups,the control group,the health education intervention group and the integrated intervention group(health education intervention combined with administration intervention).A questionnaire survey on the knowledge and behaviors about Schistosomiasis control were implemented among the groups at the beginning and one year after.Kato-katz technique was applied for identification of the infected persons.Results the rates of schistosomiasis control knowledge and correct behaviors of the target groups were lower than those of the local residents.In each group,the builders' knowledge and behaviors about schistosomiasis control had been developed after working in the infected area for one year.Compared to the control group,the two intervention groups improved remarkably.The infection rates of the intervention groups were lower than that of the control group.The correct behavior rate was the highest and the infection rate was the lowest in combined intervention group(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Health education and other intervention measures were required for schistosomiasis control among builder populations.The integrated intervention(health education intervention combined with administration intervention) had the best effect.
