| 摘 要： | 本文选用12种凝集素对人胎儿肝4例，成人正常肝3例，肝细胞肝癌30例和癌周围组织（包括肝硬化17例，肝炎13例）。用ABC法进行标记定位。结果表明〈1〉刀豆凝集素（ConA）在胎儿肝、成人正常肝和癌周组织病变均呈阳性，提示其可能为肝组织源性标志。〈2〉，菜豆凝集素（PHA）、蓖麻凝集素（RCA）和麦胚凝集（WGA）受体仅见于不典型增生肝细胞和肝细胞癌，提示它们可能与肿瘤的发生有关，可作为肝癌的诊断标志。

| Abstract: | Distribution of 12 Lectin receptors was studied in the specimens of 4 fetal livers, 3 normal livers, 30 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma and their surrounding tissues (inluding 17 cases of hepatocirr ?hosis, 13 hepatitis) with ABC immunohistochemical techoique. The results showed that (1) ConA were positive in allspeciamens of fetid livers , normal Livers and the surrounding tissues of tumor. (2) PHA, RCA and WGA were positive in hepatocellular carcinoma and atypical proliferative hepatocells of the surrounding lesions of tumor, we suggest that CONA may be a marker as origin of liver tissue, and PHA. RCA and WGA may relate to the development of hepatocellular carcinoma, and may be a marker in the diagnosis of hepatocellular |
