| 摘 要： | 通过对北京地区医疗纠纷处理标准化实践的探索,试图能够在北京地区乃至全国范围内制定出一套合法,规范,标准、统一、完善的医疗纠纷解决路径.最终能成为医疗机构解决医疗纠纷的方、祛和手段,从面能倡导全社会能合法,规范、和平、快速地解决医疗纠纷.
