| 摘 要： | 目的 观察应用高压氧(HBO)联合低分子右旋糖酐及低克力得综合治疗一氧化碳中毒(COP)迟发脑病的临床疗效.方法 将101例COP迟发脑病患者随机分为2组.治疗组66例,行HBO加低分子右旋糖酐及低克力得治疗;对照组35例,行HBO加常规内科治疗.结果 治疗组痊愈36例,好转27例,无效3例,总有效率为95.5%;对照组痊愈7例,好转18例,无效10例,总有效率为71.4%.治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 HBO加低分子右旋糖酐及低克力得能有效治疗COP迟发性脑病.
