摘    要:目的 探索我国微小按蚊复合体同工酶谱鉴别指标。 方法 选择广西微小按蚊 (A .m .G)、海南微小按蚊(A .m .H)和云南微小按蚊 (A .m .Y)的单雌线雌蚊匀浆 ,采用不连续性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳法分离 ,特异性底物染色 ,比较观察乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、醇脱氢酶 (ADH)和酯酶 (EST) 3种同工酶谱。 结果 三地微小按蚊的LDH同工酶谱相同 ,均具 1条Rm14酶带 ;ADH酶谱中三地微小按蚊均显一条酶带 ,A .m .G与A .m .H具相同酶带Rm 3 4,而A .m .Y则是 1条Rm 40酶带 ;EST的主带谱A .m .G与A .m .H基本相似 ,前者显示Rm18、3 5和 61,后者显示Rm18、3 5、5 9和 61。而A .m .Y明显不同于A .m .G和A .m .H ,显示Rm18、3 9、43、5 0、5 6和 5 9六条主带。 结论 ADH和EST同工酶谱在不同种的微小按蚊中存在明显差别 ,可能在区别我国微小按蚊姐妹种中有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To search for a mark in isozyme patterns to identify the sibling species of Anopheles minimus complex in China. Methods Homogenates were prepared from isofemale line female mosquitoes of An. minimus Guangxi(A.m.G),An. minimus Hainan(A.m.H) and An. minimus Yunnan(A.m.Y) and separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The isozyme patterns were compared after being stained by LDH,ADH and EST substrates. Results The same LDH patterns were found in A.m.G,A.m.H and A.m.Y. All of them showed only Rm 14 band. ADH isozyme patterns of A.m.G and A.m.H had the same band Rm34,whereas A.m.Y had Rm40 band. EST isozyme in main bands patterns were similar in A.m.G and A.m.H. The former showed Rm18, 35 and 61 main bands,the latter Rm18,35,59 and 61. However A.m.Y showed very different EST patterns from A.m.G and A.m.H,the main bands being Rm18,39,43,50,56 and 59. Conclusion There are significant differences in ADH and EST isozyme patterns between A.m.G(A.m.G and A.m.H are the same species) and A.m.Y. The ADH and EST isozyme patterns play a role in distinguishing the two sibling species of An. minimus complex in China.
