中医院校药学类教育考试模式改革之探讨

建立完善的药学教育考试模式对于中医院校药学人才的培养与选拔具有重要的意义。中医院校药学人才的培养有其自身的特点,目前现有的考试方式都存在诸多不足,需进一步创新与完善。在传授知识的同时,实时穿插考核,是较为成功的考核方法之一。结合近几年的实践体会,文章就中医院校药学教育考试模式的改革进行探讨。

Study of pharmaceutical education examination mode reforms in traditional Chinese medical colleges

Establishing perfect pharmaceutical education examination mode has important significance for the cultivation and promotion of pharmaceutical talents in traditional Chinese medical colleges.The training of pharmaceutical talents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges has its own characteristics.Many disadvantages exist in the present examination modes needing further innovation and perfection.Our preliminary trial of examination modes reform in recent years has shown that real-time dynamic examination during knowledge imparting is one of the successful check-up methods.Furthermore,study of pharmaceutical education examination mode reforms in traditional Chinese medicine colleges is conducted in this paper.
