摘    要:目的:改良口服补液盐(ORS),使其具有微生态调节作用、并与肠道内渗透压相似。方法:将氯化钠2.6g、氯化钾1.5g、枸橼酸钠2.9g、低聚果糖(FOS)20g和葡萄糖10g等混合后低聚果糖口服液盐(FOS-ORS)。密封包装,使用时加开水1000ml冲服。可采用高效液相色谱法测定FOS的含量。结果:FOS-ORS为白色散剂,加水后为无色透明液体,味甜中微咸,其浓度(mmol/L)为钠75、钾20

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the composition of oral rehydration solution(ORS),which had functions of regalating microecosystem,and lower osmolality in intestine.METHODS:Fructooligosaccharide based ORS(FOS ORS) was composed of sodium chloride 2.6g,potassium chloride 1.5g,sodium citrate 2.9g,fructooligosaccharide(FOS) 20g and glucosum 10g.It was sealedin in a package,and dissolved with 1000ml boiled water when administration.It was assayed by high performance liquid chromatography.RESULTS:The form of FOS ORS was a white powder,or a colorless hyaline liquor with water.It tasted sweet with little salty.The concentration(in mol/L) were sodium 75,potassium 20,chloride 65,citric acid 10,FOS 35,glucosum 55,and the total osmolality was 260mmol/L.CONCLUSION:FOS ORS will supply water and electrolyte with lower osmolality,and supply bifidogenic factor that is very effective in the prevention and treatment of dehydration by diarrhea by dysbacteriosis.It is suitable for children patients and can be taken with any antibiotic and other probiotic.
