中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡80例的临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法：收集本科室2010年10月至2012年10月治疗的复发性口腔溃疡患者80例,按随机数字表分为对照组（ n＝40）与治疗组（ n＝40）。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上进行辨证论治,采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗。治疗结束后1年进行疗效评价,进行两组患者的疗效比较。结果：疗效评价显示,对照组有效率为57.50％（23/40）,治疗组有效率为92.50％（37/40）,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（χ^2＝27.17,P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效较好。

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in 80 cases

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for treatment of recurrent oral ulcers. Methods：The clinical data of 80 patients with recurrent oral ulcers admitted in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were collected, and were randomly divided into control group （n=40） and treatment group （n=40）. The control group received routine treatment. And the treatment group received syndrome differentiation based on routine treatment, with the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for treatment. Results： Clinical evaluation showed that the effective rate of the control group was 57.50% （23/40）, and the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%（ 37/40） . Then, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （χ^2=27. 71, P〈0.01） . Conclusion： The efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is better.
