评定吞咽功能对提高脑卒中患者留置胃管成功率的观察

目的：探讨评定吞咽功能对于提高脑卒中患者留置胃管成功率的效果。方法：将2011年5月至2012年6月本院收治的70例需留置胃管鼻饲的患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例。对照组以常规方法留置胃管，观察组通过评定吞咽功能为引导留置胃管。结果：观察组留置胃管的成功率明显优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论：与常规留置胃管的操作比较，通过评定吞咽功能为引导留置胃管，能取得较高的成功率。

Clinical obverservation of swallowing functional assessment for improving success rate of indwelling gastric tube in stroke patients

Objective：To investigate the effect of swallowing functional assessment for improving success rate of indwelling gastric tube in stroke patients. Methods： 70 patients admitted in our department from May 2011 to June 2012, who need indwelling gastric tube nasogastric, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. Control group received indwelling gastric tube by conventional method, and observation group received indwelling gastric tube by the guide of swallowing functional assessment. Results：The success rate of indwelling gastric tube in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group. And there was statistical significance between the two groups （ P＆lt;0. 05 ） . Conclusion：Compared with the operation of the routine indwelling gastric tube, indwelling gastric tube can achieve a higher success rate through the guidance of swallowing functional assessment.
