布地奈德与可必特联合雾化吸入治疗重症哮喘的疗效观察

目的：探讨布地奈德与可必特联合雾化吸入治疗重症哮喘的疗效。方法：将2011年4月至2013年1月本院收治的134例重症哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各67例。治疗组给予布地奈德混悬液2 mL、可必特2.5 mL喷射雾化吸入；对照组采用氨茶碱常规治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为88％和63％,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（χ^2＝11.619,P〈0.01）。两组治疗后6 h FVC、FEV1、PaCO2、PaO2与刚入选时比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后2、6 h,两组FVC、FEV1、PaCO2、PaO比较,差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0.01）。结论：可必特与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效明显。

Curative observation of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with combivent in treatment of severe asthma

Objective：To discuss the efficacy of budesonide combined with combivent in treatment of patients with severe asthma. Methods：134 patients with severe asthma admitted in our hospital from April 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 67 cases for each group. The treatment group was treated by 2 mL budesonide suspension and 2.5 mL combivent by aerosol inhalation. The control group adopted aminophylline conventional treatment. Results： The efficacy rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88% and 63% respectively, and the efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （χ^2=11.619, P〈0.01） . After 6h treatment of both groups, there were statistical significance of FVC, FEV1, PaCO2 and PaO2 compared to the beginning of being selected （ P〈0.01） . After the treatment of 2h and 6h, there were statistical significance of FVC, FEV1, PaCO2 and PaO2 between both groups （ P〈0.01） . Conclusion：Aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with combivent can be used to treat severe asthma effectively.
