| 摘 要： | 为了了解对瘢痕疙瘩患者血清中免疫球蛋白及外周淋巴细胞（ＰＢＬＣ）ＣＤ４４表达，应用全自动蛋白分析系统及流式细胞仪，进行了测定。结果显示：ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、补体Ｃ３显著高于健康对照组，Ｐ值分别为：Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０５，而ＩｇＡ则相反，Ｐ＜０．０５。ＰＢＬＣＣＤ４４表达显著高于健康对照组，Ｐ＜０．００１。实验结果揭示：免疫反应可能是瘢痕疙瘩病理过程中不容忽视的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The serum immunoglobulin levels IgG,IgM,IgA,and complement (C 3) level and the expresion of adhesion molecule CD 44 of peripheral blood lymphocytes were investigated by protein analysys system and flow cytometric immunological method. It was showed that serum IgG, IgM and C 3 levels of patients were significantly higher (P<0.01,P<0.05 and P<0.05)than that of the control group,while serum IgA level was significantly higher in control group than in keloid patients(P<0.05)respectively. The expression of PBLC CD 44 was significantly higher(P<0.001) in keloid patients than in control group.The results suggest that immunoreaction may be an important factor not to be ignored in pathology of keloid. |
