慢性精神分裂症社区康复干预前后对比研究

目的：探讨社区综合康复干预措施对慢性精神分裂症患者症状与社会功能改善的作用。方法：46例慢性精神分裂症患者均采取生活技能指导、社会活动参与、心理干预等综合措施进行康复干预，应用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、社会功能筛选评定量表（SDSS）对干预前后的精神症状和社会功能进行评定。结果：康复干预6及12个月时PANSS、SDSS评分大多数项目与康复干预前比较有明显下降（P〈0．05及0．01）。结论：社区内坚持系统的综合康复干预措施对慢性精神分裂症患者的症状改善，社会功能恢复与维持具有较明显的作用。

The Comparative Studies of Chronic Schizophrenia Before and After the Community Rehabilitation Intervention

Objective： To investigate the effects of community comprehensive rehabilitation interventions on symptoms and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods： Comprehensive measures on life skills instruction, social activity participation, psychological intervention were performed on 46 patients with chronic schizophrenia. Positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS）, and social disability screening scale （SDSS） were used to evaluate the psychiatric symptoms and social function before and after the intervention. Results： At the 6th and 12th month after the rehabilitation intervention, the results of PANSS, and SDSS in most of the projects were significantly improved as compared with those before the intervention （P〈0.05, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention has certain effects upon the symptoms improvement, social function restoration and maintenance of the patients with chronic schizophrenia.
