| 摘 要： | 目的：评价慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）镜下的胃粘膜病变表现特征及转归情况。方法：对74例慢性肾功衰竭及尿毒症患者内镜特征及治疗疗效的临床资料进行分析。结果：慢性肾功衰及尿毒症患者内镜下胃粘膜表现呈多样性改变，病变累及部位以胃窦、体为多见（28／74）。大多数患者有较典型的胃粘膜广泛糜烂出血征象（36／74），止血效果差（13／74）。少部分累及十二指肠球部及降部（2／74）。结论：CRF镜下胃粘膜病变表现为糜烂出血，多为平担、片状、条状出血，弥漫性病变范围广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the endoscopic featur es of gastric m ucosal lesion and the efficacy of treatment. Method: Endoscopic featu res and the efficacy were analyzed in 74 patients with chronic renal failure. Result: Multiform changes of gastric mucosa were observed and the locations of damage were common in antrum and body of stomach. Most patients had typ ical erosive hemorrhage of gastric mucosa(36/74), and poor styptic efficacy. Conclnsion:Endoscop ically erosive hemorrhage was extensively even,and linear. Gastric mucosal lesio n of CRF was related to the accumulation of acid metabolites,and urea which sprea d to gastrointestine and wnder bacterlysis to produce ammonia. |
