| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同浓度的虎茵汤对四氯化碳（CCl4）致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法：采用腹腔注射CCl4致小鼠争性肝损伤为模型，测定高、低剂量的虎茵汤对肝损伤ALT、AST的值的影响，同时对肝组织进行病理组织学检查。结果：虎菌汤能够明显降低CCl4致小鼠肝损伤血清ALT、AST值升高（P＜0．01），减轻CCl4对肝脏细胞的病理损伤。结论：虎茵汤对CCl4致急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the protective effect of Huyin decoction on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice. Methods: The model of acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 was used. The levels of ALT and AST in serum were detected. And histopathology of liver was observed. Results: Huyin decoction could decrease ALT and AST in serum and heptic histopathological inury of the acute heptic injury mice. Conclusion: Huyin decoction possessed protective effect on acute hepatic injury in mice. |
