克拉玛依市部分人群乙型肝炎疫苗免疫效果调查

目的]了解乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗对不同人群的免疫效果。方法]2005年8-10月,在克拉玛依市选取7个计划免疫接种门诊,对237名血清乙肝病毒（HBV）感染指标全部阴性身体健康者,按0、1、6个月程序接种乙肝疫苗,接种后的1-3个月测定血清抗-HBs。结果]抗-HBs阳转率为77.22%。抗-HBs阳转率〈1岁为87.50%,1-17岁为76.19%,18岁以上为70.79%（P〉0.05）。标化抗-HBs阳转率女性为81.12%,男性为65.30%（P〈0.01）;O型血者为74.45%,A型者为79.07%,B型者为71.16%,AB型者为46.70%（P〉0.05）。结论]乙肝疫苗对健康人群有较好的免疫效果,抗-HBs阳转率的高低与血型无关。

Observation on Immune Effect of Hepatitis B Vaccine among some Population in Karamay

Objective]To understand immune effect of Hepatitis B vaccine among different population.Methods]237 healthy persons with serum HBV negative were vaccinated with Hepatitis B vaccine in seven programmed immunization clinics from August to October in 2005,for three doses at an interval of zero,one and six months,respectively.Serum anti-HBs was tested in one to three months after accomplishing inoculation.Results]Positive rate of anti-HBs was 77.22% in 237 inoculators.Positive rate of anti-HBs was 87.50% in group aged under one year,it was 76.19% in group aged from one to seventeen years,70.79% in group aged over eighteen(P>0.05).Standardized positive rate of anti-HBs in female(81.12%) was higher than that in male(65.30%)(P<0.01).Standardized positive rate of anti-HBs was 74.45% in people whose blood-group were O,79.07% in the people with A blood group,71.16% in the people with B blood group,46.70% in the people with AB blood group(P>0.05).Conclusion]Immune effect of Hepatitis B vaccine is good for healthy people.Anti HBs positive rate had no relation with blood group.
