摘    要:目的研究大剂量维生素D3对心血管和肾脏的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为2组,A组灌胃生理盐水,B组灌胃维生素D340万IU/(kg.d),每天1次,共3 d,第7天皮下注射钙黄绿素7 mg/kg,第8天取心脏、主动脉弓和肾脏进行HE染色,观察病理改变,同时用荧光显微镜观察肾脏钙化情况。结果病理学观察显示大鼠心血管和肾脏均发生钙化。结论大剂量维生素D3可使大鼠心血管和肾脏发生多发性钙化。

Abstract:Objective It is to investigate the effect of high dosage of vitamin D3 on Cardiovascular and renal pathological change in rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,group A were given normal saline and group B given vitamin D3 400 000 IU/(kg·d) by intragastric administration once per day and for 3 days.Both groups were given Calcein with hypodermic injection at dose of 7 mg/kg on seventh day.On eighth day,heart,aortic arch,kidney of the rats were get to be stained with HE method to observe the pathological changes.Renal calcification was also observed by fluorescence microscope.Results The pathological observation showed that cardiovascular system and kidney were both suffered from multiple calcifications.Conclusion Hypervitaminosis of vitamin D3 can cause cardiovascular and renal multiple calcification in rats.
