骨基质明胶诱导成骨活性的实验研究

摘    要:实验将同种骨基质明胶(BMG)和脱钙骨基质DBM分别植入大鼠肌肉,以评价BMG的诱导成骨活性。术后2~20天X线摄片和光镜观察的结果显示,BMG骨诱导能力明显优于DBM。作者探讨了肌内诱导成骨的发生机制,BMG骨诱导能力较强的原因和新骨形成伴随有植入物吸收的意义。

Abstract:All1ogenic bone matrix gelatin(BMG) and decalcified bone.matrix(DBM) were separately implantedinto the rat muscles to evaluate the osteoinductive property of BMG. The results of radiographic examinations andlight mcroscopic observations 20 days after implantation showed that the capacity of inductive osteogenesis ofBMG was significantly superior to that of DBM. The possible mechanism of osteoinduction in muscles,relating tothe cause of better bone induction capacity of BMG,and importance of resorption of the implanted materials accom-panying new bone formation were discussed.
