经食管超声心动图诊断主动脉瓣和胸主动脉病变

经胸超声心动图（TTE）检查未能明确主动脉瓣及胸主动脉病变而行经食道超声心动图（TEE）检查者22例，发现主动脉瓣赘生物11例（其中4例伴连枷状主动脉瓣）、单纯连枷状主动脉瓣2例、主动脉缩窄2例、主动脉夹层剥离2例、升主动脉瘤2例、主动脉瓣“斑块1例、四叶式主动脉辩2例（其中1例合并主动脉缩窄）和二叶式主动脉瓣1例。表明TEE可弥补TTE的限制和不足，对主动脉瓣和主动脉根部病变的诊断具有重要的临床实用价值。

Transesophageal Echocardiography for Lesions of Aortic Valve and Thoracic Aorta

22 cases with lesions of aortic valve and thorcic aorta were diagonosed by transesophageal ec hoca rdiography (TEE).Among them,there were aortic valve vegetations,flail aortic valve,aortic coarctation,aortic dissection, aneurysm of ascending aorta and even four-leaflet aortic valves.Of course,not all the above cases were diagnosed definitely by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) alone,but it could screen out great many of such serious maladies which would need further sPecial investigations. Should cases need,CT,MRI,aortic angiography or surgical operations might be recommnded. These results showed that TEE is a safe,easy and reliable method to handle for mass examination for aortic diseases.
