| 摘 要： | 目的从伦理学角度对药品商业贿赂现象提出有实际意义的解决办法，改善药品商业贿赂普遍存在的现状。方法通过多维度对我国药品商业贿赂的伦理学分析，针对其产生的危害，从医疗机构和医药企业社会责任以及制度建设与实施的角度提出可行性建议。结果药品商业贿赂的存在，是社会道德规范缺失的结果，是医药行业中伦理环境丧失和伦理制度认同度、执行度低下的结果。导致的危害是：医疗机构背离公益性原则，患者合理维护生命健康的权利受到侵犯；医患之间缺乏信任，增加了社会不稳定因素；医生及医药企业人员社会荣誉感丧失，不利于社会和谐发展。结论应通过建立医疗机构伦理监管机制，建立医风医德等级评定制度，建立医药企业伦理主体的互管互制，实行政府法律辅助，将企业伦理观念融入企业文化制度建设，树立企业员工内心信念等措施加以解决。
