肺癌痰脱落细胞检查诊断价值

目的正确评估肺癌痰脱落细胞检查意义,提高痰脱落细胞病理学检查准确率,探讨肺癌早期诊断指标。方法通过31290例痰标本细胞病理学检验结果,与CT、MRI、X线、气管镜、肺穿、手术结果对照,并对传统肺癌痰脱落细胞病理学检查方法各环节进行改进。结果改良的肺癌痰脱落细胞检查阳性率由原来的22.6%提高到90.4%,达到国内外先进水平。结论痰细胞病理检查阳性率取决于痰标本正确留取,精选涂片、染色、辨认,并认为该法对诊断肺癌组织学类型是可行的,可做肺癌早期诊断方法之一。

Taxonomy study on Lactobacillus of female genital tract
