| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床中抗生素的使用情况,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查,利用药房软件系统综合分析我院2009年1月1日～3月31日2 617份出院病历患者抗生素使用情况。结果:住院患者抗生素使用率为73.3%,口服抗生素费用占整个抗生素使用费用的0.372%,抗菌药物应用频率最多的种类是头孢菌素类,尤以第3代头孢菌素为最多,一联、二联、三联、四联用药率分别为35.58%、40.01%、21.07%和3.34%,结论:该院抗生素药物的总体使用率偏高,存在部分不合理用药的情况,应落实抗生素的分级管理,加强细菌培养和药敏试验,搭建合理用药的监测平台,促进抗生素的合理使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the use of antibiotics in 2 617 inpatients,and to provide evidence for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods: Analyzed the use of antibiotics in 2 617 inpatients from January 1 to March 31 in 2009 with pharmacy software system.Results: The 73.3% of patients had used antibiotics.The oral administration of antibiotics accounted for 0.372%.Cephalosporin was the most frequent,of which DDDs of the third-generation held the top one.The usage rate of antibiotics used in single kind... |
