有高血压家族史青少年血浆内皮素及相关因素分析

目的 研究有高血压家族史的正常血压青少年及有肥胖症时血浆内皮素（ET）和饮食习惯，体重、身高，克托莱指数，心率、血压等相关因素。方法 采用放射免疫法检测有高血压家族史青少年及正常对照组血浆ET浓度。结果 有高血压家族史青少年的体重、身高、克托莱指数，心率，血压与正常对照组比较无显著性差异，而饮食习惯中喜食咸肥者明显高于对照组，血浆ET有增高趋势，但无统计学意义，有高血压家族史正常血压肥胖症者血浆ET明显增高。结论 原发性高血压的发生可能与不良饮食习惯有关。有高血压家族史肥胖症者血浆ET增高表明有发生原发性高血压的危险。需积极干预。

Analysis of plasma endothelin concentration and related factors in adolescents with family history of essential hypertension

Objective To study plasma endothelin(ET) concentration, weight, height, Quetelet index,heart rate ,arterial blood pressure(BP), and diet habit in adolescents with family history of essential hypertension and with obesity.Methods Plasma ET concentration of adolescents with family history of essential hypertension and that of controls were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The weight, height,Quetelet index,heart rate,BP in adolescents with family history of essential hypertension were not obviously different with those in the controls; but there were more individuals who liked fatty and salty food than control group. There was higher plasma ET concentration than control group, but no statistical significance. The plasma ET concentration in adolescents with family history of essential hypertension was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions Essential hypertension is associated with a bad habit of diet. ET can directly participate in the initial stages of high blood pressure and its development and later in the progression of essential hypertension, therefore, increasing plasma ET concentration in obesity adolescents with family history of essential hypertension is a risky factor for hypertension, so preventive measures must be taken.
