摘    要:应用细胞立体学(Cell Stereology)定量法,研究力竭运动、超力竭运动及力竭运动休息后,心肌线粒体体积、数量和形状的变化。研究表明,此方法能客观地反映其形态结构的变化。

Abstract:Adult male albino rats were randomly assigned to three groups. Rats in group A swan to exhaustion.Rats in group B swan to death. Rats in group C had a rest for 24 hours after their swimming to exhaustion.The ultrastructures of left ventricular muscle in all the three groups were observed by electron microscopy.Meanwhile the Numerical Density (Nv), the Average Volume (V), the Shape Coefficient (I) of mitochondriawere also measured. Comparing with the corresponding control group, the V of mitochondria in group A and B increasedsignificantly (0.375±0.017μ~3,0.474±0.019μ~3 0.549±0.030μ~3 respectively, both P value were lower than0.001), the Nv of mitochondria in group B decreased significantly (0.778±0.05lμ~3 and 0.990±0.069μ~3,P<0.02), the I of mitochondria in group B increased significantly (1.261±0.054 and 1.064±0.038, P<0.01), the V, Nv, and I of mitochondria in group C had no significant difference. The results indicated that the myocardium mitochondria in exhaustive and overloaded rats were swollen,and the number of mitochondria in overloaded rats decreased and the shape of them changed obviously. Itsuggested that the myocardial injury could be induced by exhaustive swimming. However this kind of dama-gement may recover after a period of resting. The serious myocardial injury can be induced by overloadedswimming.
