| 摘 要： | 观察电针对夹闭双侧颈总动脉造成急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠的皮层诱发电位的影响。将20只大鼠分为电针组及缺血对照组,电针组在缺血后即刻电针,缺血组仅完成缺血造模,分别观察2组SEP各参数值的变化。结果:电针组造模后的波幅明显下降(P<0.05),而潜伏期改变无明显差异;电针组电针后P1的波幅比对照组明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:电针对急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠的SEP波幅具有即刻改善作用,提示电针能有效加强受损脑组织的电生理活动。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the therapeutic significance of electroacupuncture on cerebral ischemia,the change of somatosensory evokded potential(SEP) was investigated.Twenty rats was divided into two groups,one group were treated with electroacupuncture just after blocking the bilateral common carotid arteries,the other as control group.Each parameters of SEP from two groups is compared.The result showed that there was significant increase in the amplitude(P_(1)) of the electroacupuncture group comparing with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Instant electroacupuncture could improve the amplitude of cerebral ischemia,and also strengthen the electrophysiology activity of damaged brain tissue in rats. |
