高分辨力CT扫描鼻窦口—鼻道复合体的应用价值

目的：探讨高分辨力CT显示鼻窦口－鼻道复合体（OMC）的结构及其在鼻窦炎变中的临床应用价值；方法：采用冠状位高分辨力CT扫描对29例鼻窦炎的OMC进行观察分析；结果：29例全部清晰显示OMC；其中筛漏斗黏膜增厚、狭窄12个，上颌窦口黏膜厚、狭窄11个，筛漏斗和上颌窦口 黏膜均增厚且气道结构消失而骨性结构清晰6个，中鼻甲气房1个，鼻中隔偏曲致中鼻道狭窄3个；结论：冠状位高分辨力CT扫描能良好显示OMC结构及病变，为临床提供重要影像学依据。

The practical value of examining ostiomeatal complex With High- Resolution CT

Objective:To study the practical va lue of HRCT scanning in showing the structure and abnormal of ostiomeatal comple x(OMC);Methods:with coronal HRCT scanning OMC and its abnormals in 29 nasosinuit is patients were examined and analyezd;Results:the total patient's OMC were all revealed.Unicinate groove's mucosa were thicked and its channel structure were n arrowed in 12,the opening of maxillary sinus were thicked and narrowde in 11,6 s till showed their bone channel strusture of unicinate groove and maxillary sinus though their air channel were vanished,the remainder showed different changes,i ncluding concha bullosa and stenosis of the middle nasal neatus,etc;Conclusion:O MC can be well showed with coronal HRCT scanning technique which provides very i mportant information for clinical treatment.
