| 摘 要： | 目的分析hTERT mRNA是否可以作为预测胃癌患者外周血微转移的分子生物学指标。方法RT—PCR法检测40例胃癌患者、20例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者和20例健康体检者外周血中hTERT mRNA的表达。结果hTERT mRNA在胃癌患者外周血中阳性表达率明显升高；hTERT mRNA与CEA、CA199的表达呈正相关（P〈0．05）；hTERT mRNA阳性表达率高于CA199（P〈0．05）。结论RT—PCR技术检测外周血hTERT mRNA表达可作为胃癌患者外周血微转移的预测指标。
