全自动生化仪可比性分析

摘    要:目的通过对日立7170A全自动生化分析仪和日立7060C全自动生化分析仪进行比对分析,探讨不同仪器间钾、钠、氯、钙、磷、镁、肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶、血糖等14项检测结果是否具有可比性。方法以日立7170A作参考仪器,日立7060C作为比对仪器,每天选取新鲜血清,分别在2台仪器上测定该14个项目,并记录结果。对2台仪器的结果作统计学分析,以美国临床实验室修正法规(CLIA′88)规定的室间质量评价允许误差范围的1/2为标准,判断2台仪器测定结果的临床可接受性。结果 2台仪器14个项目的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2台仪器的检测结果具有较好的可比性。

Abstract:Objective To compare the Hitachi 7170A automatic biochemistry analyzer and Hitachi 7060C automatic biochemistry anal yzer, and analyze potassium ( K ), sodium ( Na ), chlorine ( C1 ), calcium ( Ca), phosphorus ( P), magnesium( Mg), creatinine (CRE), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid( UA ), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) ,α-Hydroxybutyrate drhydrogenase(HBDH) ,amylase(AMY)and blood glucose(GLU) between two instruments,and to find out whether the 14 items of testing result among different instruments are comparable. Methods Hitachi 7170A was as the reference instrument, and Hitachi 7060C was as comparative instrument. 14 items of fresh serum were tested in two instruments respectively,and the results were recorded and statistically analyzed. And the external quality assessment of allowable error range of 1/2 of Unit'ed States of America clinical laboratory (CLIA'88) amendment regulations provisions were as the standard, then we judged the acceptability of measuring results of two instruments. Results The results of two instrument in 14 items detection were not significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion There has good comparability of the testing results in two instruments.
