体外震波碎石前后生化指标的检测

摘    要:目的对体外震波碎石术(ESWI.)治疗的泌尿系结石患者.进行碎石前后生化指标的检测,为判断肾损伤及修复情况提供实验室依据。方法对桂林市第二人民医院泌尿外科2008年5月至2010年12月ESWL治疗的泌尿系结石患者235例进行碎石前后β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素C(CysC)的检测,并进行统计学分析。结果血清β2-MG、CysC及尿mAlb治疗后第1~2天显著升高,第2天达峰值,分别为(16.09±3.49)、(42.15±4.50)、(1.75±0.42)mg/L,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);第6天恢复至正常水平,与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗后BUN及Cr虽略有升高,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论对ESWL治疗的泌尿系结石患者进行治疗前后β2-MG、尿mAlb、CysC的检测.有助于肾功能的监测。

Abstract:Objective To detect the hiochemical indexes of patients with urinary stone before and after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) ,and provide the laboratory evidence for the situation of renal injury and repair. Methods 235 patients with urinary stone from our hospital druing May 2008 to December 2010 underwent ESWl. were collected,and we detected the levels of serum 132 MG,urine mAlb,BUN,Cr,Cys C before and after operation. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The levels of serum 132 MG,Cys C and urine mAlb were obvi- ously increased on day 1 2 after operation, and the levels reached peak value 2 days after operation, which were ( 16.09 ± 3.49). (42. 15 ± 4.50), ( 1.75± 0.42) mg/L. The results before and after the operation were significantly different( P〈0.01 ). The levels returned to normal after 6 days. Compared with the levels before operation,the result after 6 days showed no significant difference(P〈0.05). Compared with the levels before operation,the levels of BUN and Cr were slightly increased,with no significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of β2-MG, urine mAlb and Cys C of patients with urinary stone before and after ESWL could contribute to the monitoring of renal function.
