摘    要:目的探讨以临床路径为基础的教学方法在胸外科护理实习教学中的作用。方法将作者所在单位45名实习护士随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组运用以临床路径为基础的教学方法,对两组实习护士的理论考核、操作考核、实践考核及教学满意度进行评价。结果实验组实习护士的各项考核及对教学的满意度均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论以临床路径为基础的教学方法在胸外科护理临床带教中的应用效果显著,可以提高临床教学的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of teaching method based on the clinical pathway in tho- racic surgery practice teaching with nursing. Methods 45 practical nursing students were randomly di-vided into two groups: control group and experimental group. Control group' students were taught u- sing the traditional teaching method and experimental group' students were taught using the teaching method based on clinical pathway. Two groups of nursing students' theory test, operation examina- tion, practical examination and students'satisfaction were evaluated. Results The experimental group was better than the control group (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The teaching methods based on clinical pathway have significantly effect in nursing teaching of thoracic surgery; it can improve the quality of clinical teaching.
