人头仿真模型对口腔医学本科见习中阻滞麻醉教学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨人头仿真模型对口腔医学本科生见习中阻滞麻醉的影响。方法将3个年级200名口腔医学本科生随机分为人头仿真模型组和传统教学组,分别采用人头仿真模型教学和传统模式教学,课后对学生进行考核和问卷调查。结果人头仿真模型组学生的成绩明显优于传统模式教学组(P<0.05)。相关系数矩阵分析表明学生普遍接受新的教学方法,认为仿真模型能够建立其自信心,增强学习积极性,巩固理论知识,提高操作技能。结论人头仿真模型在口腔颌面部阻滞麻醉见习教学中的应用有利于提高教学质量,是一种值得推广的教学模式。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of head emulation model on novitiate of block anesthesia in preclinical teaching program for undergraduate students of oral medicine . Methods In the recent three grades 200 undergraduate students were randomly divided into two groups (emulation model teaching group and traditional teaching group ) .The questionnaires were delivered to the students in the emulation model teaching group .Post-course examination was taken and the questionnaire was collected .Results The records of emulation model teaching group were higher than that of traditional teaching group(P&lt;0 .05) .In the emulation model teaching group most of students preferred to accept the new teaching method and thought the way of emulation model teaching could establish the self-confidence ,improve the activeness of learning ,consolidate the theory knowledge ,and increase the a-bility of clinical skills in preclinical practice through the correlation matrix analysis . Conclusion It seems that using the head emulation model has improved the teaching quality of block anesthesia in the novitiate of oral maxillofacial surgery and is worthy of further spreading in the preclinical practice .
