摘    要:医疗美容技术专业面临课程设置盲目、师资缺乏、实训室设备简陋、校企合作不佳等主要问题,导致学生在实际从业过程中缺乏甚至不具备美容行业各岗位所必需的职业能力。行动学习是国际上较为成熟的管理培训方法之一。其强调"从做中学"、"从反思中学"以及"在学习中学会学习"的有机结合。将行动学习引入到医疗美容技术专业建设中,按照行动学习的理念进行专业建设,可实现该专业教师与学生职业能力的互动提升。

Abstract:The disciplines of medical beauty technology be faced with some questions about the blind- ness about setting of curriculum, lacking of teachers, humble equipment in training room, the bad co- operation between the school and enterprise. This question makes students be lack of vocational abili- ty that the positions of beauty industry needs in the practitioners. Action learning is the perfect way in international management training. Action learning emphasizes the integration between the learning in practice and learning how to learn from learning. Action learning should he introduced in the disci- plines of medical beauty technology. Through Action learning, we can upgrade the vocational ability of teachers and students.
