行动学习在医疗美容技术专业建设中的运用

Application of Action Learning on Disciplines of Medical Beauty Technology

The disciplines of medical beauty technology be faced with some questions about the blind- ness about setting of curriculum, lacking of teachers, humble equipment in training room, the bad co- operation between the school and enterprise. This question makes students be lack of vocational abili- ty that the positions of beauty industry needs in the practitioners. Action learning is the perfect way in international management training. Action learning emphasizes the integration between the learning in practice and learning how to learn from learning. Action learning should he introduced in the disci- plines of medical beauty technology. Through Action learning, we can upgrade the vocational ability of teachers and students.
