基于全科医学理念开展老年医学PBL教学

摘    要:我国社会人口老龄化问题日渐突出,培养全面掌握老年医学知识的人才显得日益重要。老年医学教学内容多,课时较少,教学模式陈旧。全科医学理念强调知识的整体性与实用性,淡化专科观念,培养学生对待疾病和健康的整体观念,在老年医学教学中的作用不可忽视。而以问题为基础(Problembased Learning,PBL)的教学模式以患者疾病问题为基础,以学生思考为中心,可明显提高学生的学习兴趣。

Abstract:The aging problem is outstanding in our society .Therefore ,training personnel with compre-hensive medical geriatric expertise is becoming increasingly important .Geriatrics teaching has more teaching contents ,less training time and out-of-date teaching model .General medicine notion empha-sizes integrity and practicality of medical knowledge ,neglects the notion of special course ,trains students with integrity for diseases and health ,and plays an important role in the geriatrics teaching . Problem-based Learning (PBL ) w hich is problem-based ,student-centered should be employed and is capable of improving students’ interest .
