摘    要:培养医学生以人文关怀为基础的医患沟通技能是极为重要的,在教学过程中,以启发式教学作为指导思想,运用合作学习模式、问题-发现教学模式和讲授法、讨论法、演示法、练习法、读书指导法、任务驱动法、自主学习法等教学方法来教授以人文关怀为基础的医患沟通技能,即以多项教学方式方法的组合进行教学实践可以激发学生的学习动机,提高其分析问题、解决问题的能力;有利于发展学生个体思维能力,增强学生之间的沟通,还能培养学生的团队精神,从而获得更为有效的教学效果。

Abstract:It is very important to educate medical students communication skill between healthcare pro- fessional and patients based on humanity care. In teaching process, taking heuristic education as guiding ideology, cooperation learning mode, question-finding teaching model and lecture method, discus- sion method, demonstration method, practice method, guide reading method, task-driven method, self-directed learning method to instruct communication skill between healthcare professional and pa- tients based on humanity care should be applied so that activate study motivation with combination of multiple teaching methods, improve students' ability of analyzing and solving problems and has bene- fit on developing individual thinking ability and communication among students, as well as cultivate team spirit and resulting in better education effects.
