原发性高血压病患者血清白细胞介素17和23的表达及临床意义

目的: 检测白细胞介素17( IL-17)和白细胞介素23( IL-23)在原发性高血压病( EH)患者血清中的表达水平,探讨其关系及临床意义。方法: 通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测64例EH患者(EH组)不同等级间及治疗前后血清IL-17、IL-23水平及变化,以30例正常人作对照。结果: EH组血清IL-17及IL-23水平显著高于对照组( P<0.05) , EH不同级间血清IL-17和IL-23水平差异均有显著性意义, 2、3级高血压患者血清IL-17及IL-23的水平较1级患者明显增高；治疗后血清IL-17及IL-23水平则显著低于治疗前,但仍高于对照组( P< 0. 005) ,血清IL-23与IL-17的表达呈正相关关系(r₂ = 0.5841, P < 0.001)。结论:血清IL-23和IL-17可能参与EH的发病及病理变化过程,监测血清IL-23和IL-17水平可作为判断EH病情的指标。

Detection of serum levels of interleukin 17 and 23 in patients with hypertension and its clinical significance

Objective: To study the correlation of interleukin 17 ( IL-17) , interleukin 23 ( IL-23) and essential hyper tension(EH) by detection of serum levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in patients with EH and to evaluate its clinical significance. Method: The serum levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in 64 patients with EH and 30 health controls, were measured by enzyme linked immune sandwich assay ( ELI SA) , and the relationship of the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in patients with different degree of EH was analysed. Result: The results showed that the serum levels o f IL-17 and IL-23 in patients with EH were significantly higher than those in controls( P<0.05).
