自噬在糖尿病心肌病的作用机制研究

摘    要:自噬是真核细胞中普遍存在的一种物质降解途径,通过自噬溶酶体介导,清除自身多余或受损的细胞器,以维持细胞内物质的再循环并调节内环境稳态,对机体生长、发育和衰老均起重要作用。研究发现,自噬影响心血管功能,与心血管疾病的病理生理进程密切相关。本文从自噬的信号转导途径,自噬与糖尿病心肌的关系及其可能的机制的进行探讨,希望从自噬的角度对糖尿病心肌病的发生、发展过程进行阐述,为治疗糖尿病心肌病提供理论依据。

Abstract:Autophagy is generally a kind of material degradation pathway in eukaryotic cells, Mediating by autophagy-lysosome to remove their excess or damaged organelles. In order to maintain intracellular material recycling and regulate homeostasis,It plays an important role in the body"s growth, development and aging. The study found that autophagy is closely related to the pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease and influence cardiovascular function.The article will discuss Sthe signal transduction pathways of autophagy, the relationship between autophagy and diabetic myocardial and its possible mechanism. Hoping expound the process of the occurrence and development of diabetic cardiomyopathy from the Angle of autophagy. To Provide theoretical basis for the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
