针刺“开音1号”和“开音2号”穴为主治疗30例声带功能障碍导致慢性咳嗽的临床研究*

目的: 观察针刺“开音1 号”穴和“开音2号”穴为主治疗声带功能障导致的慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法: 实验组15例采用“开音1号”和“开音2号”穴针刺后接电针治疗仪、随诊加减使用穴位针刺,每日1次,同时结合普米克令舒雾化及心理疏导,调整身心状态,辅以发音治疗。对照组15例只采用普米克令舒雾化,兼以采取心理疏导,调整身心状态,辅以发音治疗。两组均治疗14天。结果: 两组患者疗效比较,试验组症状总积分的改善优于对照组(P

Clinical study on chronic cough of vocal cord dysfunction with main acupuncture Kaiy1,Kaiy 2

ABSTRACT: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic cough of vocal cord dysfunction by main acupuncture Kaiy1, Kaiy 2. Methods: 30cases were randomly divided into a test group and a controlgr oup. The test group were treated by acupuncture mainly Kaiy1, Kaiy2 combined with electric acupuncture . combined with theory of the traditional Chinese medicine , acupuncture points of add and subtract.once daily, 14days constituting one therapeutic course ; and the control group by psychological counseling and voice training, taking a placebo only . once daily, 14days constituting one therapeutic course. Results: The cured and markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 80% in the test group and 33.3% the control group respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups. After treatment of the test group, the acoustical parameters mucosal wavef the vocal , amplitudef the vocal, adduction of the vocal cords during inspiration objectively reflected improvement of voice quality. Conclusion : main acupuncture Kaiy1, Kaiy2 is an ideal therapy for chronic cough of vocal cord dysfunction.
