磁珠贴压耳穴联合中药热奄包治疗慢性支气管炎110例的临床观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选取本院220例患有慢性支气管炎急性加重的患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用磁珠贴压耳穴及中药热奄包两种外治疗法,观察两组的临床疗效和咳、痰、喘、哮鸣音的消失时间。结果 治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。治疗组的咳、痰、喘、哮鸣音的消失时间也显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of magnetic bead pressurized auricular point combined with Reyanbao of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis from 110 patients

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute attack of chronic bronchitis. Methods 220 cases were divided into two groups by random and contrast methods. Control group was western medicine treatment, the treatment group was magnetic bead pressurized auricular point combined with Reyanbao of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of control group. The curative effect and time of cough, phlegm, breathing and wheezing elapse between two groups were compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05); the time of cough, phlegm, breathing and wheezing elapse in treatment group was obviously shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute attack of chronic bronchitis was better than western medicine treatment, and it was worthy of clinical application.
