老年DHF患者血清APN及骨桥蛋白含量变化及其意义

目的 探讨老年左心室舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）患者血清脂联素（APN）、骨桥蛋白（OPN）的水平变化及其意义。方法 选取心血管内科按照诊断标准确诊的87例DHF患者作为DHF组，同期年龄及性别等基本因素相匹配的87例健康体检者作为对照组，分别测定两组血清APN、OPN的水平，并进行超声心动图检查，分析其相互关系。结果 DHF组患者的血APN、OPN水平均显著的高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；DHF组患者的LVEF%、Ea/Aa、Vp、S/D值均显著的低于对照组（P<0.05），DHF组的E/Ea值、Ar值均显著的高于对照组（P<0.05）；DHF组患者的APN、OPN与LVEF%值不具有相关性（P>0.05），与Ea/Aa、Vp、S/D值均呈显著的负相关关系（P<0.05），与E/Ea值、Ar值均呈显著的正相关关系（P<0.05）。结论 DHF患者血清APN、OPN的水平显著升高，并且与患者的心功能具有一定的相关性。

Changes of serum osteopontin and APN content in aged DHF and its significance

ObjectiveTo study of the elderly left ventricular diastolic heart failure (DHF) patients with APN, OPN levels and its significance.. Methods Selected cardiovascular medicine in accordance with the diagnostic criteria confirmed 87 cases of DHF patients fundamentals DHF group, age and sex matched 87 healthy subjects as the control group, two groups were measured as serum APN, OPN levels and ultrasound echocardiography, analyze their relationships. Results DHF patients blood APN, OPN levels were significantly higher in patients (P<0.05);DHF group of patientsLVEF% ,Ea/Aa, Vp, S/D were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), DHF group E/Ea value, Ar values were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); DHF patients of APN, OPN values with LVEF% no correlation (P>0.05), and Ea/Aa, Vp, S/D values showed a significant negative correlation with APN, OPN(P <0.05), and E/Ea value, Ar value showed a significant positive correlationwith APN, OPN (P <0.05). Conclusion DHF patients with serum APN, OPN levels were significantly elevated, and cardiac function in patients with a certain relevance.
