| 摘 要： | 目的 ：探讨超声造影增强模式在低位胆道梗阻病灶良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值。
方法：回顾性分析低位胆道梗阻住院患者53例的超声造影诊断结果及其增强模式，并与病理结果比较，探讨超声造影对低位胆道梗阻定性诊断的符合率及增强模式对良恶性鉴别诊断的特异性及敏感性。结果： 以增强早期呈现高增强或等增强并在增强晚期有消退表现作为诊断恶性病变的指标时，良恶性组间差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05) ，本组恶性病例的诊断敏感性、特异性分别为92.3%、96.3%，阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为96%、92.9%。患者的性别、年龄及病灶的二维灰阶表现在良恶性组间差异无统计学意义( P ＞0. 05)。结论：超声造影增强表现模式对低位胆道梗阻的定性诊断具有一定的应用价值，增强早期呈现高增强或等增强并在增强晚期有减退表现有助于低位胆道梗阻病灶良恶性的鉴别诊断。
